Payment Policy for Passengers
1. Payment Options
- Payments: Pay directly to the driver at the end of the ride.
- Payment can be done By Cash or UPI
2. Pricing Transparency
The fare for each ride is calculated based on distance, time and weather condition
The total fare is displayed on the app before booking confirmation.
3. Cashback and Coins
- Cashback Eligibility after completing each real ride.
- If ride is detected fake the Cashback will be null and void
- Coin Value: Each coin is equivalent to ₹0.10 (10 coins = ₹1 INR).
- Coin Usage: coins(10 coins=₹1 INR), Money can be transferred to passengers preffered bank account by
- Validity: Cashback coins must be used within [insert validity period, e.g., 6 months] from the date of issuance.
- If ride is detected fake no complaints related to cashbacks or payments will be entertained
4. Refunds and Cancellations
- Ride Cancellations: If a passenger cancels a ride, a nominal cancellation fee may apply.
- If a driver cancels a ride, no cancellation charges will be levied
- Coins earned from a canceled ride will not be credited.
5. Compliance with Indian Laws
All transactions comply with the applicable provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007.

6. Grievance Redressal
For payment-related issues, passengers can file a complaint through the app or email us at Support team.
Complaints will be addressed within 48 hours.
7. Other Charges
Other charges and expences including but not limited to Toll tax, parking charges and any kind of other charges which are needed to be paid in order to complete the ride will be bared by the Passenger/s
Other chargers are not included in the fare price
8. Modification of Policy
We reserve the right to modify this payment policy at any time.
