We engaged with over 500+ drivers in Ahmadabad, conducting extensive interviews to uncover their main challenges. Our findings highlighted their struggle with high commission rates and the pressing need for better financial and family security solutions.

Empowered by insights gained from the driver community and identifying opportunities within the ONDC framework, we made the decision to transition from our corporate jobs. This move allowed us to establish Passdn, a venture aimed at developing and offering cost-effective solutions tailored to drivers' specific needs.

With a deep understanding of drivers' pain points and armed with our initial solution, we swiftly developed a Minimum Viable Product (MVP). This MVP was rigorously tested in the market, receiving positive feedback and solidifying our confidence in its potential to meet drivers' requirements effectively.

We crafted a comprehensive product that promises the driver experience. Integrating ONDC's capabilities with crowdfunding, insurance options, and gamification elements, , aiming to make a significant impact on drivers' lives nationwide.
